Accounting Associate

Purple Wave, Inc., has an immediate opening in Manhattan for a full-time Accounting Associate to provide accounting support in the areas of auction transaction posting, accounts payable, account reconciliations, and special accounting projects. Starting pay range $9.00 to $10.00 per hour. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year accounting experience; proficiency with MS Excel-Outlook, Quickbooks or other G/L software. Preference given to candidates with strong creative and problem solving skills; experience working in a fast paced environment; strong communication and time management skills; ability to work collaboratively with associates throughout the organization.
