I am a customer service associate here at Purple Wave. My job duties include helping the customers to the best of my abilities. These duties may very significantly from answering questions to explaining policies. Our customers are our number one concern. We are the front line and first impression most people get from our company and we want to make a great impression. I grew up in a small ag town and have helped on my grandmother’s farm since I was a little. I went to Kansas State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management with emphasis in entrepreneurship. I graduated in 2010, but decided to stay around Manhattan since I loved it so much. I have worked in office settings as well as with people and feel that I am easy to talk to and can help with many situations. I joined Purple Wave for new experiences, challenges and a future career. I enjoy learning new things and meeting new people.
