Jerrod Westfahl joined Purple Wave in August 2007 after serving as company counsel for two years. He is the CEO and General Counsel and has served as Purple Wave’s COO. Prior to joining Purple Wave, Jerrod enjoyed several years of private law practice with an AmLaw 100 firm and, more recently, in a corporate law practice in Manhattan, Kan. Jerrod graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law where he was Managing Editor of the University of Kansas Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University. Jerrod is a member of the Kansas and Missouri (inactive) bars, the National Auctioneers Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Kansas Bar Association.
