I joined Purple Wave in August 2012 as a territory manager. My background includes extensive experience in the manufacturing and agriculture production industry. I have worked nearly 10 years in the feed and grain retail industry, as well as 12 years in retail and wholesale distribution of agriculture and custom application products. I currently own and manage a cow-calf operation and have thoroughly enjoyed this personal endeavor for over 30 years.

I take pride in my professionalism, effective communication and customer service skills that I can provide our customers. My diverse background and industry experience is an essential benefit in understanding and servicing our customers.

I grew up in Overland Park, Kan., and hold a degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University. I am a past director of the Missouri Agribusiness Association. I am also a member of the American Angus Association, the Missouri Corn Growers Association and the Missouri Soybean Association.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two grown children. I also consider spending time with my cattle operation as therapy.
