York Hekel manages the customer service unit, which is the primary buyer interface and case management team. York’s team provides assistance to customer needs during all phases of the auction cycle. York’s team is responsible for credit management, titled asset management, issue resolution and invoicing customers. York attended the University of Northern Iowa and worked in the casino and entertainment industry before joining our team in the fall of 2007.
